Welcome to Link Up Lounge!

Link Up Lounge is a neurodivergent-affirming social group for teens that provides a fun, supportive space to build connections and grow—without pressure to conform or perform. This is not a class or a lesson-based group. There is no curriculum and no formal instruction.

Instead, Link Up Lounge is designed as a social hangout where teens can connect naturally, be themselves, and build genuine friendships without masking their neurodivergent traits. Social growth happens organically through real interaction, shared activities, and conversation. Support or gentle facilitation may be offered only when helpful and in natural moments, based on what’s already happening in the group.

The group welcomes teens ages 13–17 and focuses on creating a space that feels authentic, comfortable, and empowering. There are no forced activities, no expectations to participate in a certain way, and no pressure to “learn” social skills—just opportunities to connect in ways that feel real and meaningful.

No official diagnosis is required. Groups are open to anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, whether diagnosed or not. Link Up Lounge is a safe, inclusive space for teens who want to connect with others who understand and respect differences—without judgment.
